Last week we spoke about getting the right seats set out in the right places and ensuring that you have crystal clear outcomes and expectations for each of the seats on your bus; this week, I want to talk to you about how you get the right people into those seats.

The bus is your business, and on your bus, you have various seats, and those seats represent the different roles in your business and what you need to understand is, do you have the right seats on the bus? Then you need to know if you’ve got the right people sitting on those seats, then you need to understand if you’ve got any empty seats on the bus ultimately, you then need to make sure that you’ve got the right people on the bus.

So what stops so many businesses from achieving the financial and time freedom that they know they went into business for in the first place?.

In my experience, most business owners do not spend enough time doing the long-term strategic work, also known as ON your business.
