We are a global cable distributor and cable assembly manufacturer. We initially attended a workshop hosted by Marco on finance and thinking about end goals and as a result of that session we started working with him to build a growth strategy for our business. The challenges we were facing at that time were lack of direction and fighting too many day to day fires to concentrate on developing a business strategy with supportive processes to help grow the company. Through 1 to 1 sessions we gained a greater understanding of ourselves and the needs of the business, these sessions are thought provoking and challenging but in turn develop your mindset to the benefit of your business. Marco has also helped us to develop a deeper understanding of the financial aspects and improve on our financial reporting. We have also during our time developed and integrated a KPI dashboard across departments to enable performance monitoring and measuring along with regular planning sessions ensuring we had an achievable strategy in place with milestones and interim goals with individuals taking on responsibilities to achieve these. Working with Marco helped us to improve processes, develop our people and grow our business. He also helped us with personal growth and self-development which has been invaluable. Having a coach, you realize that there is no limit to what you can do. It's having that person to kick you along and pick you up when the times are hard, because the times are so hard sometimes and you end up being very lonely. It's always nice being part of a group with your other clients because it helps boost your morale. You can talk to your family and friends, but they're not running a business themselves, so they don't always understand the pressure that you're under. Coaching has helped me out a lot. Fast en your seat belt; What got you here, won’t get you there! After running my business for 12 years, the business landscape around me was changing at an increasing tempo and I was struggling to keep up. To sum up my experience, I would say using the services of Marco is the equivalent of getting a personal trainer for your business.
