Did you know that there are 3 basic learning styles?
Each of us have a preferred learning style, and understanding yours can be incredibly useful in helping you improve your ability to understand and absorb information as efficiently as possible.
In short the 3 different styles are:
Visual:
Someone with a visual learning style has a preference for seen or observed things, including pictures, diagrams, demonstrations, displays, handouts, films, flip-charts etc.
Auditory:
Someone with an auditory learning style has a preference for the transfer of information through listening to the spoken word, of self or others, and of sounds and noises.
Kinaesthetic:
Someone with a kinaesthetic learning style has a preference for physical experience – touching, feeling, holding, doing, practical hands-on experiences.
