Deciding if I am the best Business Coach for you and your business

Deciding on the best business coach for you and for your business is an incredibly important decision. Therefore, to help you with this, and to make sure that you go into the coaching process with your eyes wide open, I’m going to talk you through our discovery process on this video.

Due diligence

The discovery process is there as a process of mutual due diligence. You need to make sure that I’m the right coach for you to help you get the results that you want.

In turn, I need to understand if you are coachable and your business is in a position to be coached by gaining a full understanding of the challenges and opportunities that you face.

Discovery questionnaire

To help us achieve those outcomes, the discovery process starts off with you completing a Discovery Questionnaire which will take you about 20 minutes to complete. It’s got some really important questions that will help you take a step back and evaluate your business holistically. You may find some of those questions tough and there may be questions that you’ve never asked yourself before or certainly haven’t asked yourself in a long time. By going through that questionnaire, you will be prepared for the next stage and I will have all of the information that I need to have a Discovery Questionnaire call.

The next step is for us to have a call either by phone or video call, to discuss your Discovery Questionnaire answers from your questionnaire that will be done either on the telephone or via a video call. This will take approximately 40 minutes and we’ll go through each of the questionas to expanded upon your answers and from that point, I should have a really good understanding of where your business is, what you currently have in place, and what you need to introduce or develop.

Discovery meeting

The final stage is to have a Discovery meeting where we will go into specific detail of what areas we would work on and how. We’ll talk about the pace, the results that we’re expecting, and the coaching programme structure.

At this point we will both be in a position to decide if working together makes sense.

If we both agree that it makes sense to move forward and to engage in a coaching relationship, we will start the onboarding process that is designed to help you hit the ground running, to start your coaching journey as effectively as possible.
